  2. Hello. My name is Shannon and I am currently enrolled in CIM with my school back in Iowa (attending online). As per a homework assignment, I need to write about our states mission statement (which I found) and to include the presidents email address as well if there are any meetings that are coming up for Cancer Registrars. If you could please help me, that would be greatly appreciated as I can’t find this information on the website. Thank You!

    1. Hi, Shannon:

Contact information for current officers (including myself) is available via this website (Click on the About the Board page).

Our annual educational conference will be this fall, likely October.

I can’t provide specifics yet, but I’m hoping to be able to make them available within the month.

The state cancer registry (Arizona Cancer Registry) often holds a meeting during the summer, but you’d have to contact them directly for what they’re planning to do this year.

      I hope that helps.

      Best,
      Juliet

  3. Good afternoon,

My name is Corine Faehn and I work in the outreach department at Mesothelioma Guide. We are an advocacy organization dedicated to helping patients diagnosed with asbestos illnesses. I admire your mission to promote the cancer registry through sponsoring educational opportunitites and peer networking.

Mesothelioma is a rare cancer and very few treat it. Mesothelioma affects the lining of the lungs and can sometimes be misdiagnosed as lung cancer. We specialize in connecting patients with doctors and treatment options that are best suited for them. Our services and resources are 100% free to patients and family members. Since we don’t charge for our services, we don’t have a budget to advertise. I’m reaching out to webmasters to help us spread the word.

I noticed you have a resources page here – http://www.craaz.info/resources/ linking to useful cancer websites and I think our site would be a valuable resource addition. Would you be willing to add our link to help us raise awareness?

    Thanks,

  4. TO: Membership
I have been a member of CRAAZ every year but this year I can’t remember if I joined. Could someone look at the list and give me a shout out either way then if I’m not I’ll know that I need to join NOW?!?
    Thank you!

  5. Thanks for your useful post. In recent times, I have come to be able to understand that the particular symptoms of mesothelioma cancer are caused by this build up of fluid regarding the lining on the lung and the torso cavity. The sickness may start from the chest place and distribute to other body parts. Other symptoms of pleural mesothelioma cancer include fat loss, severe respiration trouble, temperature, difficulty taking in food, and puffiness of the neck and face areas. It should be noted that some people having the disease don’t experience any kind of serious signs or symptoms at all.

  6. I’ve been browsing online greater than 3 hours today, but I never found any interesting article like yours. It is beautiful worth sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the internet will probably be much more helpful than ever before.
